Deborah A.S. Ramdeholl-Baveghems, APS, AS LAW PROC. (Hons.) DTM, PWM -   is a Training Consultant.  She is a qualified Administrative Professional and Paralegal, and a Certified Maxwell Leadership Team Trainer, Coach & Speaker.  She received the District 81, Toastmasters International Train The Trainer credentials in 2022, and is a trained Competency-Based Education and Training/Caribbean Vocational Qualifications (CBET/CVQ) Level 4 Instructor.

Deborah has over thirty (30) years of experience in the administrative and legal fields in Guyana and Grenada.  She is the current President of the Girl Guides Association of Grenada for the triennium 2021-2024, held several leadership roles in four Toastmasters Clubs. She is the Past Area Director for Area 47 Division J, District 81, Toastmasters International, Where Leaders Are Made, where she obtained the President’s Distinguished Area Award in 2021.  She also received the Distinguished Toastmasters Award twice, the Pathways Mentor Award, and several Triple Crown Awards for completing several Communication and Leadership Paths and Projects.

Deborah currently serves as a Representative on several Committees in Grenada and the Caribbean including the National Coordinating Committee for Human Rights, the Grenada National Coalition on the Rights of the Child, and the Soroptimist International-Caribbean Network.  

With the wealth of experience, she has gained over the years, Deborah has conducted several Masterminds, Professional Development Workshops and Seminars, and Paralegal Training.

She has professional membership with organizations in Grenada, the Caribbean, and the United States of America, Great Britain & Ireland, including the Grenada Association of Administrative Professionals, the Caribbean Association of Administrative Professionals, Toastmasters International, including three Toastmasters Club in Grenada, one Online Advanced Leaders Club, Maxwell Leadership Team and Soroptimist International Grenada, Soroptimist International Great Britain & Ireland.  

Deborah served as Coordinating Consultant and Rapporteur for several funded projects for International Agencies; UNICEF, OAS, CIWiL, UNFPA, COMMONWEALTH SECRETARIAT, and the CARICOM Secretariat. 

Deborah is a continuous learner, and it is her greatest DESIRE always to help others achieve their personal and professional goals.

GREY'S TRAINING & CERTIFICATION CENTER formerly known as GREY’S TYPING & COMPUTER SERVICES formerly known as GREY’S TYPING SCHOOL commenced its operation on 1st July, 1987 at Richmond Hill in the parish of St. George’s.

The institution has built a solid reputation of student’s success and has contributed to the work skills improvement of many persons in Grenada.
